Very quiet, beautiful setting. Perfect location that is right between Bentonville and Eureka springs. Service was excellent, good breakfast. To top it all off, it was my girlfriend's birthday and the owner offered us a bottle of wine for the occasion.

The Sugar Creek Retreat is a nature retreat B&B that offers Vacation Retreat Rooms, perfect for couples or singles, or the busy Exec that just needs a quick, relaxing weekend- getaway to decompress and get back to 100%. GET LOST AND FIND YOURSELF!

Your retreat room is totally unplugged (except for the hair dryer).

We even chose to forego the alarm clock & we have no TV's, specifically so you can just lose yourself for a second in time: RELAX, BREATHE, and take in the wonders of our place on this planet.

(However, if you find you must conduct business, or just can't do without downloading the newest e-book by your favorite author, stream the game or ROMCOM, free WiFi is available.)

We are minutes from Beaver Lake in GORGEOUS NW Arkansas. The property is a treed four acre wood with native stone rock bluffs, trails, gardens, a spring and a creek.

The Ventris boat launch is 6 miles away for a nice day of kayaking and swimming on the lake, or you can go to Lost Bridge North or South Army-corp of Engineers parks for sightseeing or a nice picnic in about 10 minutes.

Additionally we are not far from many other popular attractions including War Eagle, many caves and caverns you can tour, and The Hobbs Recreation Area, 25 minutes to Eureka Springs, only 20 minutes from Rogers or downtown Bentonville with the amazing Crystal Bridges Art Museum.

We are an eco-retreat and minimize usage of water, electricity, and other resources. We use recycled materials and recycle our waste products whenever possible, and try to live WITH-IN our ecosystem NOT ON-TOP of it. We offer full housekeeping, and change linens and towels upon request to save on water and electricity.

Our Rustic Modern vacation rooms (named after Family Tree members) sleep 2 (4 if necessary).

Each featuring:

A luxurious plush Euro-top Queen size, 13" thick, memory foam mattress
600 thread-count combed, Egyptian cotton sheets that guarantee anyone a great night!
A sofa or loveseat (hide-a-bed)
Side tables
Microwave & refrigerator
Custom or non production Artworks
And comfortable upholstered chairs, so you can just sit back, prop up your feet, and just relax.

Our retreat rooms evoke the feel of a lodge with the comforts we know and love. With wood walls, natural oak blinds and views of the creek and woods. Each room has a private bath. By popular request, we have added one Kitchen Suite!

We have completely rebuilt part of the building and renovated the interiors.

We are working hard to ensure that The Sugar Creek Retreat is your go-to retreat for starting or celebrating all your lives special moments and adventures, or just your favorite place to breathe, relax and unwind; unplugging for a moment from the hectic pace of our modern lives and truly, enjoying the weekend with a great book or someone you love.
